Best light schedule for freshly Germinated seed on a vegetation nutrient

First time grower have never grown anything before my dad has on the other hand and he’s gonna share his knowledge with me but I want to show him that I can do it on my own or by learning on my own so any tips or advice people

@Grizz welcome to the forum. What i do is 24/7 lights for 10 to 14 days.

For me it depends on either LED light or Mh light. For LED light I have mine set to 22hrs on 2 hours off. Mh light I do 23 hours on 1 hour off sometimes I do 22hrs on 2 hrs off. Welcome to the Forum!
