Curious if there are any plants that can be beneficial to growth cycles when growing indoor? Have read mint, basil, marigolds but that was all outdoor I believe.
Along with red clover, and a few other kinds. @Budbrother will be able to suggest a few more. I’m not a living soil expert.

Inside companion plants I’ve used
Clover
Mugwort
Dropwort
Oats (trim like grass)
There are more that others like @Skydiver use. Things like lavender, mint, basil, and dandelions. Look into the Permaculture Research Institute.
