There’s really no such thing as an average height at flowering. It’s dependent on the environment the plant has available to it. Variables include lighting, nute levels, genetics, how long the plant vegetates, and so on. People can share experiences, but how the plant actually does is dependent on these factors.

Also, if space is the reason you’re asking, there are ways to help in that department. Like, low stress training which utilizes the most of your grow space while keeping the height down.
