Beginner lighting question. Raymatix

I just bought a raymatix 240 watt light with a dimmer. My first grow will be autoflowers.
Where do I set the dimmer for seedlings, vege and flower?

I’d ask the manufacturer, although they don’t seem to have much info on their site. If you have a kill a watt, you can use it to map out the output in relation to potentiometer positions; Typically, the minimum setting is not 0% of the maximum setting.
