Awesome. I have been stressing that. Thanks!

So here is the actual grow light I got: https://rapidled.com/collections/supplemental/products/single-75w-plug-and-play-led-grow-light?variant=34409831432236

A few questions. How do I position these two lights for the best results? Since I am starting my seeds off where they will end up ( 5 gallon grow basket) should I wrap the basket with the pad or just sit the basket on top? Also, how long should I use the mat? As soon as they sprout through the soil? I want to make sure I do this correctly the first time.

I also got this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07TS82HWB/?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_plhdr=t&aaxitk=OtClaEquaPhqx.h5HDPa6w&hsa_cr_id=7829355900301&ref_=sbx_be_s_sparkle_scm_asin_0_img&pd_rd_w=tTMtN&pf_rd_p=75532ed1-af3f-4574-ad4f-acd8e0e7d89a&pd_rd_wg=KiTn9&pf_rd_r=19CP73412A0JGVBPKB70&pd_rd_r=701a07d9-70b0-47ff-8df1-1fb6ee5c4e11

Here is my heat mat: Amazon.com

That is looking really nice!

Very nice! Is she an auto?

Yes. It’s only at 15.5” but I think it still has some growing left. At least I hope.

Scratch that. 17”!

Even if the stretch is over, you should get a nice yield off that. Good job.

Thanks!

So I am in the 9th week. Based on the growth, how much longer do I have?

You are in mid flowering so have about 4 weeks to go, looking good!

Thanks! It’s my first grow, so I’m learning a crap ton every day. That would put me at over 13 weeks. Is that not a bit long for autos? Also, I am about to use Fox Farms organic Bloom on this. Is that a smart move?

Not really, with an auto I expect them to start flowering at 5 or 6 weeks from sprouting and then 8 or 9 weeks of flowering so 13-14 weeks from sprout to harvest is pretty standard.

If you’re talking about Fox Farms Big Bloom, you’ll need more than that as it’s only 1 of a 3 part nute program known as the Fox Farms trio - Big Bloom, Grow Big, and Tiger Bloom.

Should I use those with an organic grow? I’m a little confused about that aspect. If so, will I need to flush my plants the last 2 weeks? My understanding is with an organic grow you don’t have to flush at harvest time.

I’ve been using this since preflowering:

https://www.natureslivingsoil.com/girlflowerpower

I’m not sure if that is an approved vendor or not. If not, I apologize.

Not if you want to stay organic.

True

That girl flower power may be all you need, I have no experience with it.

Okey dokes. Thanks. I think I’m just going to stick with what I’ve been doing. It seems to be working pretty well.

Yep just keep doing what you’re doing, working good so far.
