I had crap in my lines 1 time so far. I don’t know if it was the silica or the flower fuel. Either way it wasn’t a full clog but enough to wake me up. When I cleaned everything up at the end of the run all the lines had a little crap in them so I’m going to make up a complete set of new lines for a spare

Yeah it’s probably the microbes I add in every other week. Which I’ve stopped now that I’m past 4th week in flower. Other than that it’s only been the jacks.

@emgoldslo adds a small pvc pipe to each pot so he can add stuff directly to the base of the pots. I think it’s brilliant and will be adding them in on my next run.

Yeah I literally just got a big cup and disconnected both ends and blew the trash in the cup. Kinda looked like calcium buildup but I am using RO water

Been feeding budswell through the pvc with no issues. Next batch I might attach pvc to flex tube, drill several holes and wrap the flex tube all around the bottom of spring pot to get better distribution

I was already thinking that same thing… that’ll be nice when you get issues on individual plants (different strains etc) and don’t want to treat the whole rez

I was actually thinking of 1 of those “halo” watering rings but no matter how ya do it i think having access to each plant and not running stuff that clogs your lines is huge

Agreed. I’m surprised autopots has designed and sold something similar. Seems like a money making retrofit

Just checked the trichs with a loupe for the first time. Mostly cloudy with the occasional amber. After my res is empty it’s water only from here on out. I’m so excited to be near the end with this run. I just sit here and drool over her and the colors she already has. Can’t wait for the taste test!
