Ya the last photo is the one that is actually working haha.
When my auto wasn’t flowering, I talked with ILGM. Turns out I ordered photo seeds instead of auto. Explained a lot.
Live and learn, first grow.
@Djh1984 my opinion with autos the less stress possible the better, you can top or FIM autos if you do it early enough, like 4th-5th node, mainly I just do a a whole load of LST and tying down and leaf tucking, always reward me with decent smoke, also, your light recommendations for distance to canopy etc I’m sure works better for photoperiods also, I have mine a slight higher than they recommend because my first run I had it at recommended height and power and they all grew short and bushy, I’ve raised it some and my purple lemonade by FastBuds is so far the strongest and tallest I’ve done, she’s doing great. I’m using different nutrients also, from bio bizz liquid nutrients to living soils dry amendments. And I feel like they’re much healthier on that also, liquid nutrients can be a bit potent for autos, never give the recommended dose always half it brother
@Se7en I didn’t know it was an auto and I didn’t mind it actually quad-lined it and then one of the branches broke it was my first quad line so it’s like a triline but anyways I super stressed it out and it turned out to be an auto and I’m running anywhere from 7:00 to 775 p.m. and my bugs are dense as hell but but only two three maybe most some other one is 4 inches tall I mean week five flowers try something just starting to produce. Do you think that if I would have raised my light they would have grown taller and by doing that second part I guess would be if I raise my light and I still shooting for the 700s or do you think that is just like that because I stressed it out so heavily right before flower
That’s possibly the case bro yeah, my first FastBuds and first proper harvest was their forbidden runtz and I stressed her loads and she took forever and the weed suffered cos of it, you do have to get them right and time everything right with autos, but they will reward you if you do, I’ll show you my cherry cola now, stressed her to the max with light stress and not enough veg nutes, on top of being in a small ish pot and light being too low she has been tough with it and gotten through it and my best cherry cola yet regarding smell
Look better than what i got going on. All my sugar leaves have turned a bright green color and about 2 or 3 rows from the top they acquired these spots. She gets call mag every water and i am pushing the ppfd a little coming in at around 775 800
What spots do you mean? The little white things? If so they’re just trichomes forming
Also yours looks a little bushy, very leafy for tight node spacing so may benefit from a light defoliation around the plant get some better light and air penetration
First picture, bottom and right side are the spots. I’ll take better ones and thank you. I’m going down right now to open her up a little
You’re talking about those small bronze/copper spots, yeah?
Looks like calcium deficiency beginning.
But without knowing all the deets about what you’re feeding, how much and when (I think I read it before but honestly I just follow too many grows to remember everything anymore) - I can’t say it’s time to feed her Vs time to back off the food.
Here’s a helpful little diagram that shows the relationship between nutrients - too much of something can negatively impact the ability of other nutrients to be able to be absorbed by the plant
Hey runoff is usually around 1000 to 1350. PH runoff is usually around 6.2 6.5 somewhere in that range. I use advanced nutrients sensi perfect ph line. She gets half dose of her feeding chart doses and always gets half dose or full dose of Cal Mag depending on PPM. I just fed her water and calmag a few times recently because my runoff was climbing but it had sinceI went back around the Thousand to 1300 range so tomorrow I think is I’ll probably feed her again. flush the soil around 30 days. Starting feeding her around 30 days or so. Light was around 850ppm maybe 900 for a day but have backed it back down to 700 maybe 725. Light is on 20/4. Does that help you at all
Good news! She started flowering! Bad news, she grew so much overnight she ran into the light and got burnt haha. Had to figure out a way to raise the lights. Got them up about six inches from the top. All my grows have been short bushy plants so this is going to be new for me.
Can I switch the lights back to 18/6 now that everyone’s flowering?
