Auto flower light intensity

What is the optimal light intensity for an auto flower throughout its life cycle? I’m at 8 days from sprout now and I’m on an 18/6 schedule at 21-23 dli (330-350 ppfd). Confused at where to go from here

All that seems to explain is how and why to use a dli measurement. I’m looking for some type of basic guidelines on what the dli should be throughout an auto flowers life cycle.
