Hi im new to growing on the east coast of Australia and ive heard a few people talking about winter crops and was wondering if its even possible outdoors with photosynthesis plants and if so when would be best to plant?

I’m guessing you mean photoperiod plants, as opposed to autoflowers. I’d think autoflowers would be worth looking at, since Ruderalis is a bit hardier in cold weather than others. But I’m not in Australia.
