Are they too tall?

So, I’ve been too busy to switch these 3 to the flowering room, which only has another 18 inces or so for growth. What should I do? Top it excessively and risk death, tie them down some, or just let them go into the lights?

I would not give up on them, but I would try to get the jungle under control. Looking at the leafs they don’t look happy. I would start by tying some limbs down also do some pruning. Clean up around the bottom. Just my thoughts wouldn’t give up, just a little work.
