These two AK-47s are 2 weeks old. They were started in peat pots, and have been moved (netting removed) into Miracle Gro Seedling starter soil. They are currently under florescent gro-lights, 24 hours a day. Although the leaves seem to be doing nicely, the stalks are pretty thin. I have a Vipar V600, 600W LED light. Is it time to turn in on? Also, the V600 manual says "seedlings/Young Vegetative should be on a 12/12 schedule (VEG on/BLOOM off) until they reach the vegetative stage (VEG & BLOOM on), without saying when the change should begin. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
Sure they are ready, i just wouldn’t start my light any closer than about 30-36" at first. If after 3-5days they still look great, iwould maybe consider dropping the light a couple of inches.
Iprobably wouldn’t run that light any closer than 24-26" in veg and 18-20" in flower, but let the plant guide where you put the light, it will tell you everything you need to know
Imight pack in a little more soil around the stem of the one on the right to help out stand up straighter
@TDubWilly has you covered on light. I would just run veg switch on for now and also keep them on 18/6 schedule until flowering.
Thanks TDubWilly. I will.
O.K. dbrn32. Thanks.
I really appreciate the fast response. Thanks again TDubWilly and dbrn32.
The Tittabawasse. It’s a Chippewa word which I think means “Look at the size of those!”
my buddy has a new house on the river,
we think Native Americans lived there,
we found artifacts all over down by the river.!
broken beer bottles, half a stained up wife beater, Crown Royal bags, a boat prop, 2 mustang rims, and they must have done a lot of canning, mason jars everywhere.!
