They are 25, 19, and 18 days old , Time to move them to a 1 gallon pot ???

You could probably go ahead and plant in 5-7 gallon pots

I vote with the rest of the community go for the 5 to 7 gallon. Plants look healthy they are going to take off when you get them transplanted.

If you transplant into 1 gallon you will have to transplant again in about 2 weeks. Go with the 5 gallon or bigger

Yep. Iā€™d put them in the pot you are going to flower them in.
