Are these autoflowerers?

Hey guys i got a couple seeds of a friend told me they where feminized trainwreck (before i ordered proper seeds from ILGM) i have noticed that over the last week they havent really gained any size but have started what looks to me flowering which i now think they are autoflowers as they have been under 18/6 light cycle since sprout

Also they are just a couple days past 4 weeks old

Is it a good idea to top autos or just let them grow? Ive never had these before

They don’t do well with topping because they don’t have time to recover.

I got accidental autos from ILGM too.

Looks like auto’s…could be flowering already. Post a new pic in a few days. Focus on the main stalk where the branches join. The females will have a small pod on each side of the branch junction. Two fine white pistils(hairs) will show if you put a small bright flashlight on them.
Once those are seen…it’s into flowering.
Hint: don’t go by size. go by the trichome color.

Not a good idea to top or trim once it’s in flower.

The problem i have is i thought they where just feminized so i had topped them a few times thinking id have like 12-16 main collars but now i think i have ruined it if they are autos

Not ruined, probably just stunted growth a little. She’ll still produce some nugs.

problem with topping auto’s…they grow so fast…they don’t have time to recover.
will be interesting to see how yours go.

please keep us posted.

Yeah i dont think i will get much off them if i had of known they where autos from the start i wouldnt have done anything just let them go

@Bigreid95 I wouldn’t pass judgement just yet. You can’t tell an auto just by looking at it and I don’t see any pre-flowers in that pic. It’s been a few days, can you take a pic looking down from above? If nothing else you can keep it at 18/6 until totally sure.

@Bigreid95 They don’t look like autos to me.

So, you’ve seen how each next node pops out of the top of the last. When your plants are in flower, for lack of a better term, your top nodes will start to look like they are crashing into the back of one another but not getting any taller. Kinda like these nodes…

That is an auto about 6-8 days into flower. Hard to tell exact day.

This is a feminized plant about 7-8 days into flower.

From those two photos you shot, IMHO, I don’t think you’re in flower and with the autos I’ve seen, you’ll get pre-flowers around end week 4 beginning week 5 which is right where you are.

Ill take a photo of the plant as a whole

Those are off to a pretty good start @Bigreid95 ! I’d say they’re regulars. You’ve got to be almost touching week 5 now, you would know by now. Are you staying on top of your pH?

I had a problem with aphids in the roots and also the light being too close but i fixed them both and plants have made a huge difference in the last week

What you reckon bro? Just regulars or autos?
