Do I need to back off lights

How close are the lights what kind? First chance I would say yes. When I have had leaves turn like that I backed off and they flattened back out. Try and see it won’t hurt anything.
18-24" is the sweet spot as I understand it.

Interesting! My leaves often turn under when I put too much light on them, and the leaves point upwards like that when they are happy and growing at their fastest.
The canoeing though, I don’t know what to make of that. Back the light off 6 to 8 inches and see how it responds. They will respond within 12 to 18 hours.

It could be that they just new growth and will straighten up with time also.
I have set to watching as I see you have the Exact same light I have. I have 2 of the 300w Hydro crunch lights, look at my first grow journal to see how they perform (First time scrogging) to harvest! But… leaves that flip over may be too much light but if found that I also my be a magnesium def… add a bit of mag to your water and they should turn back over. Looking good!
The leaves up praying to the light is bad. It’s a sign of heat or too much light stress

Still getting brown tips.I turned off 1 and raised the other 1.Can they recover from this

It’ll take a lot more stress than they are currently under, or longer-term continuation of the current stressor(s,) to have any permanent impact. It’s a weed and is very resilient.

Your brown tips won’t heal. It’s new growth that you need to keep your eye on.
