Do any of you members have a link to the support ticket?
I’ve been searching and searching but can’t seem to find it.

So by adding SUPPORT TICKET in the posts title; the post will get more attention from more experienced users?

No… by using the format it will help those with more experience diagnose the situation because the support is designed to provide a fairly complete description of what you have going on there. I am more willing to help a grower that has taken the time to do that. Saves guessing and having to mine the details out of the person. @MrMirrors

@MrMirrors when you post the support ticket put it in the body of your post not in the title.

It won’t necessarily get it more attention but it provides information that will help other users diagnose your situation and allow them to give you the best possible advice.

A lot of times people will respond asking for the info that is in the support ticket so it would ultimately get a more rapid response
