btw I remember talking to you about fish particularly Discus ( I know you raise them!..lucky!)…I love Discus Fish!!..I miss mine and my aquarium days…I still wanna set up a few tanks some day soon!!

All 4 of these are new ones I got. Pairing them off and feeding them mosquito larvae to get fat. The mosquitoes work better than black worms or blood worms. Then coffee to drop the ph and spawn em.
These two are my best pair right now.

I was having to wing it this season and was using vinegar and baking soda to balance pH. To the best I could tell after using the baking soda then feeding with Cal-Mag she either had sodium or calcium overload. Fortunately she pulled through and is back in action, just almost no fan leaves. A total rookie move.

Hey hey…she looks good now! and as far as rookie mistakes I’m sure all of us have made them…Thats how ya learn for next time…Right. Yeah BS and Vinegar probably was too much of a shock to her system…The Cal-Mag and some good nutes were probably all you needed…But that good old fashioned flush works wonders for F`ups
