600 ft² per ton and that is without any provisions for additional thermal loading, as a baseline general rule of thumb. Btu per watt is no different regardless of light you use. With 118 of them, that’s roughly 30 per room, roughly 65,000 btu or 5.5 tons worth of cooling. Most will recommend an additional 15% to account for normal climate cooling needs or 30% in more extreme climate. That would be more than double what you are planning.

Like I recommended earlier, you should probably talk to an hvac tech or engineer that is familiar with designing a system like this.

Man where in the world are u located without being specific. Michigan illinois cali florida ect. Would be a nice guy to pair up with ya know.
