Any ideas on why young plants are not growing?

Too much water?

You should fill out a support ticket. Its on the top of the forums list. Copy and past it here with as much detail as possible.

Maybe you just watered but the soil doesn’t need to be soaking wet . Plants that size I only give a couple of table spoons . Let soil dry out in between waterings . Small plants spend a lot of time and energy building a root system before growing in height . Water when the pots feel lighter in weight . You’ll be ok .

Your plants are too young for soil with added nutrients. Even the Ocean Forest is too hot even though it does not have chemical fertilizers added.
Simple organic seed starting mix and 6.8 ph water with no nutrients added.

Any suggestions. Thanks.

There are some very seasoned growers here who will offer better advice.
Just hang on for one to reply.
In the meantime do not water anymore as it does look like they are overly wet right now.
Perhaps fill out a support ticket while you wait.

You want the soil to almost completely dry out before watering again.

Also, take a chopstick and manually aerate the soil by punching holes down through it.

Next time, mix 20-30% perlite into your mix.

I’m no expert, but these small steps work for me.

A couple of these reviews describe this very same thing.

When your temperature gets warmer they will shoot up and stall a minute and then explode with growth right now they should be building roots and if you have a high 6000k or better mh light for them they really get going after the next set of leaves.
I would stay away from the ffof soil but that’s just me i had a couple lessons with it and i like pro mix soil better make sure you have myconize for when you transplant outside hope this helps you

Definitely overwatering. Lower PH to 6.5-6.8 @Edz

FFoF is very rich in nutrients and microbes. Overwatering will cause the microbes to eat and multiply vigorously can attack the seedling ( often referred to a N toxicity). Damping off.
