Can’t be sure but it does look like I see some manparts. Can you get a pic of just the bud sites. Several actually in different areas. Side pics close up will paint a better pic.

They look real boyish but i feel better pics of the sites in question are needed to make the best judgement

Couple visuavisual aids for ya. Agree with others, need the pic to be clear. Its important when asking for others judgment to take time and post only clear and percise images of what you are concerned about, circleing those particular things you are concerned about in the photo doesnt hurt either
