Any good wireless temp/humidity sensors?

Just what the title says. Looking at wifi and bluetooth sensors just for home use. Looked at the sensorpush and minger. But also looking at the devices that just have a cordless display. Anyone have opinions or something they like? Thx

@Bubblehead looked at that one work good/seem accurate? Hows the range?

I have two one for each tent when I tested them side by side they where within a point or 2. The nice thing about this receiver is you can set up 3 transmitters. I’m not sure how far the range is because I’ve never tested it. I know it will transmit from my basement to the main floor.

I use the same system as @Bubblehead - it works great. I have 3 transmitters in different rooms/floors of the house. The receiver sits on my desk and cycles the display between all 3.
Here’s the link for additional transmitters, should you choose to go with this product:

on blutooth or wifi? Was curious what the bt range was like.

Bluetooth. But the range is much farther than I expected for typical Bluetooth. Works fine from one end of the house to the other. I even could get it to connect when I had it in the shed outside at one time.

This model does support WiFi also, hr requires a WiFi gateway as an additional purchase. Then you can check your grow anywhere you have internet access. It’s optional though. @DankGunslinger

@Covertgrower i ordered that meter @tommy and @Bubblehead linked me to. I tho might order the sensorpush before next grow. And I did see you can buy the gateway for internet access. thx

I made my own using an Arduino kit. Cost you like 12 bucks.

I hope you like it as much as I do.

@Covertgrower just got my sensorpush and cannot get it to show temp etc. just loads and spins. Am I missing something? It detected the sensor.

@DankGunslinger is your Bluetooth on?
If yes, then I would delete the device and start over again. Seems strange that it’s doing that. Never had a problem.
If no, then Bluetooth back on. :wink:

reached out to them they are sending me a new unit asap. He said it sounds like a hardware issue. My wife tried it on her s9 same thing. Sucks having to wait Thought this was gonna be the solution to monitoring my temps and humidity. Leave it up to me to get a broken one.lol

@DankGunslinger I thought this only happened to me. Lol. Sucks to hear, but at least you’ll get a good one. Who knows, maybe they’ll send two. :wink:

@Covertgrower they were very prompt and said its going out asap and to recycle the one i have. Wonder if its the battery?lol

If it was picked up originally in the application, the battery works. I don’t think it’s worth much. Unless you took it apart and figured out which parts were missing. @DankGunslinger
