Any down to earth users?

Im starting from the very beginning with my soil . Using hp pro mix . I want to use the entire down to earth line that would help my plants from start to finish . Which ones should I use ?

@Tryingtogrow I can’t think of anyone that uses this nutrient line. I’ll tag some others, and we might be able to find someone. No promises.
Was there a specific question you had other than trying to decide what to use?

Appreciate the tag! I’m no use here, though, sorry. I’m on the Jack’s train.

Ok so I’m on the jacks and coco train also but @MeEasy @JaneQP @Storm are all users of similar amendments and may be of great help to you and they may be able to tag a few more users for u also. @anon1893985 uses similar also. I have tried it but it’s not much to my likings lol. Sorry I can’t be of much help but hopefully one will chime in that has been tagged. Good luck I’m sure someone gonna hook u up. If not and u wanna get on jacks train we r all here and support that cause also as it’s super good shiz and easy to use

Thanks 4 the tag @Covertgrower

Just what I would want to use in first amending my soil . They have instant release as well as slow release. Can I use them both in my soil at same time . They have alot of products and I’d like to know what best to use

I have bee using Down to Earth in my garden for 15+ years. This year I’m making the switch to Jack’s, figured I’d try something different. If you’re still looking for help, I’ll give it a try.

Down to earth is a great line of organic nutrients when I was making my own super soils they got a lot of my money. If your looking for a veg and flower dry amendments they do have good 444 vegetable garden but for cannabis flower nothing right out of the box. You will have to mix your own

I’ve never used dte exclusively, but i have used some of their products. Bio live is a good base/general purpose fertilizer. And i use their alfalfa meal and lime products.

Your best bet would be to find a soil recipe suitable for what you intend to do, then plug necessary building and maintenance products in.

I’m not much help with dte , I’ve used a couple of their products but I switched to the cheaters way with premixed products so I don’t have to have 10-15 different bags of stuff to mix together

This is what I would use if I was going to use DTE
I believe monster crop sells it in a package

I’m sure it’s good I’ve tried it once just the 444 and 484 I believe they were it was an outside grow of 1 plant it lived grew buds but the best I can say for the plant. I’m not into the organic top feed or amending soils as plants grow. I like the mix what I know feed and watch them grow. If this is ur first run of growing mj id say get u a small jacks bundle also it’s like 40 to 50 bucks on eBay for a 4lb kit should do quite a few plants for that price also. But u can do the jacks and play around with a plant or 2 with dte until u get it on point this way u will have some weed growing good if the dte don’t work so well the first run for u.

Jacks is nice if you are a new grower because you can follow along with the feeding chart and what not. A lot of people use the line.

I enjoy the spices of life and like to customize things to the plants needs and environment. Down to Earth allows you to do this.
Bio-live is a good all around nutrient to start with. It is great used as a dry amendment or mixed in with fresh teas. The fish powder is great to add at the start of the grow while the Sea Bird is great to add at the start of flower.

The company offers an endless supply of top quality organic nutrients.
Really once the soil is built one shouldn’t have to go off a generic feeding chart. Just saying.

Back in my making supersoil days I relied heavily on DTE. Humic Acids, Azomite,Seabird Guano, bat guano, fish bone meal, oyster shell, and Kelp.
I had no complaints. I just changed methods and went to notill and BAS products.

SL out
