Inadequate lighting. The seedling is stretching looking for more light.

so i can make them taller by having the light at a distance? than thicker by having the light closer? is that right?.. sorry i never actually understood how to make it taller or thicker, i always just had the light like a foot - a foot and a half away from the tip of the plant.

Yes, but having taller plants is usually in no way desirable and can cause issues later in the grow in addition to poor yield. The sweet spot is close enough to get great growth, but far enough away that the plant isn’t so compact that there is no airflow within the plant’s canopy.

Thats fine for the moment. But looks like it is overwatered base on the sagging of the the leafs. Let dry out more between waterings.
