Another first grow

We the jury, find the defendent, @Not2SureYet, guilty of naked bud porn of an auto in the 1st degree. His sentence, will be life. A life time of smoking said porn until he grows more. Then he shall smoke it. This ruling is unanimous, except for 2 jurors who wanted to “dispose” of the evidence…

So in your mind the only difference is that photos can be cloned and they take longer to veg?

I think I like this @patchman dude  @Nicky, Yes. How ever. Not for all. :slightly_smiling_face: I have had autos I would top 5 or more times with out thinking twice. Others one time. I let the plants tell me by how big and fast they are growing. Super cropping and any other maintenance has always been the same for either for me. And my autos veg for the same amount as my photos for most of them. About 7 weeks. When you look at what I average per plant. I actually do better with autos as to photos.

Good advice Mr SureYet-
The plant will always tell you if its happy or not. The better you listen and watch, the better grower you will become.

Should be around 2-3 weeks, supposedly youre supposed to be seeing buttons around week 3. mine took 5 weeks to show buttons on 2 and 6 weeks to even show pistils on the other 2 though

Hello everyone! My 4 plants are 12 weeks old. They were flipped to flower 2 weeks ago. There is one that has grown alot more than the others. Recently I had to raise one light to keep up with the growth of that one plant. They all seem to be budding well. Cotton balls all around.

They have been fed GH flora trio through an autopot xl system in a 4x4 tent. I just added 10 more gallons into the reservoir. I used the GH website nutrient schedule @Nicky linked earlier am am slightly over 800ppm instead of the 1500ppm the last few mixes have been. @Not2SureYet @HappyHydroGrower

I did not defoliate to the extreme, but did remove big fan leaves that were blocking lower bud sites etc. Here is a closer shot of the largest one. I bent over some of them to try and keep the canopy somewhat level.

Another shot of one of the colas. I hope they get big and thick!

I think that will fill in to be one big bud from the trellis to the top. And from the look of those buds right now, she gone be fat!! Looks like good node spacing.
Keep up the good work! :+1:t2::sunglasses:

Looks like something eating on it maybe? Did you look under the leaves for any sign of bugs?
Might can tags some folks that might know??

No sign of bugs except this blemish on this one leaf here. I think the chunk is actually a tear from me messing around during defoliation a few days ago. I will keep an eye on this and report back if anything changes.

Also, the HLG uva light is directly above this. Not sure if that is causing any undo stress. I thought of putting it on its on unique timer of like 6 hours a day or something.

I think most of those branches will fill into nice long colas now :slightly_smiling_face: Nice trimming there

So, my humidity has been steadily climbing. Before I defoliated last time, I had an RH of mid 60’s. It rained for a few days and I even saw an RH of 72 … not good. The defoliation helped and brought the humidity down to upper 50’s. Most say that is tolerable but I have been watching it climb.

Today the room where the tent is located is 69°F and RH of 68%. Inside the tent right after my lights came on is 74°F and RH of 67%. The 6" AC Infinity is on 80% blower speed which really sucks in the tent walls (high CFM kit installed). I have always had 2 small fans in the tent but recently added a big ass box fan (lol?) to keep the air moving in hopes of not ruining my grow from mold and / or rot.

My frigidaire dehumidifier finally arrived and has been put in the room. Hopefully, it can get the humidity down to 50% or less. I might even use the water to feed with. I hope I am not to late.

Is it in your tent or outside?

It is in the same room as the tents are in. Not in the tent. @HappyHydroGrower

Can you hook your dehumidifier up kinda like this?

It directs the dehumidified air into the tent. Helped me out tremendously. You may have to play with the settings to get it manageable.
