And here we Grow... For the first time ever

That is where my problem is I think… When I got the trays for the pots, I couldn’t find the “right” size, the ones I have, the pot sits on the edge of a slope, thus making a sealed, dark, moist 1/2 inch area underneath. So I do not think the air pruning will work until I find something to expose the bottoms of the bags/pots…

Hum see your thinking, idk as long as it doesn’t mold don’t think it will be troublesome. Idk wait for more experience

You just need to some air flow around that pot if that is the question, the roots will self prune unless they make it to the water, but I don’t think they can reach that far? Cut them off if they get too long. but the best way is to make sure there is enough air gap all around. I see folks sitting their grow bags right on the ground and I’m sure the roots must go right thru and into the ground, I can’t imagine that they wouldn’t @Nug-bug @Ron330

Actually you may have helped me answer my own question, might just need to put something in the tray to raise pot for some air to get under there…

And as I was typing this, @bob31 replied and confirmed what I was thinking… Thank you both for stopping in to help…

On the bright side, the roots I did see seem very healthy…

Well, here I am again, after another not to uneventful week. Had a slight “looking thirsty” moment, but fed them and a few hours later were just like new, wish I had took a pic… Speaking of pics, I did take some this morning…

Since I forgot to dim the reds, I wont post them all, I’ll take some more tomorrow after I trim them a bit… But here are a few of the rest of the tent (never posted for some reason)

lol, I tried to stack the pics to represent the whole tent, they actully line up if you smoke enough

So I lay down after work for a quick nap… 7 hours later I wake up, 2am in the morning, wide awake. Sadly all I have on hand are Sativas to smoke, So not much help there knocking me out, but I am a trooper, and will try anyways…

So I went out and did some minor trimming on them, had to make Ava and Uvy switch spots. Uvy is the runt so far, and is a lot easier to water the back row over her. 4 pints w/nutes each

Uvy (the Runt)

Ava (middle kid, no one knows much about them)

Ivy (tall and lanky)

Until next time… Peace… :v:

Much like a lot of others, my biggest battle right now is the heat. Not a whole lot I can do about, other than lots of circulation. So far they do not seem to be taking it to hard…

Gave the Girls a nice drink, a bit more then I normally would of given them, but a few more hot days ahead, so they will dry up quickly…

How hot is your tent running? I was alright today as the tent stayed around 78 all day. But I now have seedlings just starting to show themselves tonight, and its supposed to be triple digits here this coming weekend. This might get fun trying to control the temps.

It peaked at 90, but held at about 87 most of the day… I got all I can running, 1 more fan and I’ll start tripping the breakers… Chance of rain tomorrow, hoping it does just to keep temps down…

Once we get through today @Ron330 it’s supposed to be good for the next 4-5 days or so. My tent got quite hot and I had to open the tent door to get more cooler air in there! All good fun!

I think these ladies can take a lot.
I’ve got a few outside in a greenhouse, where the temps have been 90+ & they aren’t showing any sings of stress.
They should be fine Ron

It was 91 in my tent today. The girls looked dry so I gave them an extra sip! Smooth sailing the rest of the week!

Not a lot going on in this week, girls are drinking up some water, probably have fed them twice as much this week as last week, which wouldn’t be bad if I didn’t feed them store bought spring water (PH is 7.2, and none of the crap of our tap water)…

Looking great @Ron330 looks like you still have a little bit to go but your going to be super happy
I’m glad I don’t need to buy water that can get expensive for sure my plants take min gallon each and usually a little more than that ea time
I get hugs delivered to my house five gallon type for the water cooler they are like 5 ea delivered? You might think about doing something like that would help save you the trip to the store and maybe a few $ ?
Not sure where you live but Poland springs delivers the home and businesses just a thought
Happy growing :v::cowboy_hat_face:CB

I’ll have to look into those… Luckily the ones I get are only 3.50 a 40 pk… Only real downside is opening 40 bottles, but I have my nutes measurements dialed in on each pint (yes, I add to each and every one)…

And if the estimated times are accurate, I should have about 30 days left, Going to germinate the next batch in about 10 days, and keep them under cfl until the tent empties out (might get a T5, not sure yet)…

They love the T5 I use them right up until they go into 5 gal pots…but I also grow them in cups for around 5 weeks lol…they grow nice under the T5
