Amber hairs at beginning of flowering

Think that I have just entered flowering in the last week to 10 days. Is it normal to already be getting these Amber hairs? Probably a silly question but was curious. First grow in 25+ years. So much more help &

info now it’s crazy!

I don’t see anything that would concern me. Maybe unusual but not a bad thing necessarily.

Just noticed the Amber today. However it may have been there for several days prior. Heat has been terrible around here. They are in a position where they get sunlight from 10:00 a.m. to about 6:30 p.m. now. Was longer but days have shortened. Thanks for looking.

I would say that’s your issue. Crazy high heat. I wouldn’t be concerned.

I see them early at times. No worries.

Probably fine. Keep an eye on her, recurring early maturing pistils is an indication of pollination. If you’re growing outdoors, it’s entirely possible a little bit of pollen may have traveled from elsewhere - it can travel as far as several miles sometimes.

@Graysin that’s what I was going to suggest…

Thanks for checking in. It has been in the '90s almost every day of July and now August with humidity through the roof. Girls are in 5 gallon buckets and I usually have to water daily. They are in a spot where the Sun hits them for the entire day. Just noticed those pistils yesterday and thought it odd that’s why I was asking. Otherwise the girls look awesome.

Look good. Just watch for them damn caterpillars.

Thanks. Heard pollen can travel crazy distances. Hopefully not the case. Will keep eyes on her.

Hopefully no :bug: or anything else. So far no type of insecticides used! Homemade or otherwise.
