I would say neither of the above. I still see a few white pistils there. Which to me indicates it still has some time.
The only way to truely know, is to get some kind of magnifier (60x or better), to get a good look at the trichomes…
What am I looking for exactly? It may not show o. The picture, but it’s looking pretty red/ brown to me? When I’m ready to harvest what is your advice on how to do so. Do I cut the base of plant and hang upside down in cool place?

I think they look like more leaf than bud still. If you fill out a support ticket so we know what you’ve got going on it might help. (Not that there’s a problem, but it lists things like lighting, pH etc)
