Sounds like your set!
@HeyJB so just get off work, go in look at her and her dome had fell over and she is over to the right. So i picked her up and begin to backfill her. I see this white tip close to her 1st leaves and put dirt up to that point right below her leaves. After filling her in she is leaning over to the right. How would ik if i have root problems? Pics of what was seen is posted below
(So this is what her roots look like from tip over and picking her up)
(This is after i picked her up and backfilled all roots and plant)
(And these are her now after i tried to help)
Her roots seem to be bunched up at the end. Where im holding her nesr where her roots are purple and then from the white to the part that looks like dirt at the end are roots. Why dont i see white roots? And y are they bunched up like that.
She’s just barely at that size where she’s gonna start putting a lot more effort into those roots. You’ll even notice that for a week or so there’ll be 0 growth above the ground as she works on pushing out roots. She looks really good for being knocked over
@HeyJB yea not so nice this morning she was laid down in the dirt. I placed her back where she was and covered it with dirt. Will she be ok? I dont even know how the dome got knocked over with nobody at home. I was worried when i seen her and roots
No doubt she’s a little shell shocked from the incident. I believe she will be OK as long as you keep the dome on for now.
@HeyJB hru today? So went in to check on my girl and her leaves are pointing down. Humidity got a little high today at 82 and temp at 80 so lowered those also so we have a hurricane coming straight towards us what do i do if we lose power?
Good on you too keep your priorities straight. MaryJane first, life n limb second.
If the power goes out just going to have to make do. Maybe generator if you have one. Good luck with the plant and with the hurricane. Fingers
