I bought some of my local retailers PH adjuster that it in the powder form. It works well but it causes a seltzer reaction and I’d a pain to get right. What’s better is my question?
I use distilled white vinegar for down, baking soda for up. It’s rare I need the “up” as I have slightly alkaline water.
