Ak47 auto How long seed to harvest expectation?

On ILGM I see AK 47 auto listed at grow time10 - 14 weeks and 7-9 weeks. Which is correct expectation? Thank you in advance!

These are just times the breeders say. They are each unique. Same strain could be weeks apart. Just the way the girls are

Probably be closer to reality with the 10-14 week time est.
Theres going to be a 3-4 week veg time before the plants mature enough to start flowering. ( showing pistils ) anyway.

I Haven’t seen any strain really that will finish seed to harvest in just 9 weeks. :thinking:
Usually takes longer.
Lighting , temps , feeding , rh. All have a bearing on the final outcome.
If one or more of those is out of spec during the grow then yields will reflect that accordingly.
Especially with autos.

I dont go by those weeks they say there a guide ur better off going by rhe colour of ur trichomes

I dont know much about the auto version, but i did grow the photo for 8 years outdoors. Im at 39 degrees north and the ak47 was always done by mid September. Some phenos really are one hit… good luck on your grow. You migt be in for a real treat!

I just grew 2 AK47 autos in a 27”x27” tent. Around 15 weeks from sprout to harvest. Yielded 10 oz total.

Thanks! I have a photo auto growing as well for outdoor…I’m in NY with hope they legalize outdoor for medical card holders prior to the smell hitting the neighbors…otherwise may need to chop:(

Totally understandable. I really never noticed a threatening oder with ak47. Your probably good to go. Just be patient unless your neighbors are really nosey youll probably be just fine.

I appreciate you telling me that…I have to be conscious of the law so I can continue to support my family. The NY law is on verge of medical card holder cultivation and currently in second comment period ending June 20th, hopefully passes

Im sure it will pass. Legalization is a great feeling. Even if its legal you still want to try and hide the plants and odors. This is just me, but i would just let it ride. Dont think about it too hard. Around here people usually mind their business. Unless your neighbor is a total ass he probably wont even notice it. Honestly out of almost 10 years i grew ak47 i never got a stinky plant. I mean it had a good oder, just not that dank odor that can linger, and drift. Ak is a good one to grow if your worried about smell.

Thanks:). I am hoping to grow 3 autos and 3 photos…auto are sour d., super skunk and ak47…photo AK, bubblegum and white widow. I’m sure I’ll make the block stink a bit. I just have fingers crossed with legalization

Growing was legalized last year, well, except for the regulations to control it. So it’s legal, but really not yet… what’s the medical card holder thing?

So medical marijuana card holders in NY will get jump start on cannibus cultivation IF THE MRTA GETS THERE ACT TOGETHER. Right now waiting on second round of 45 day comment period due to MRTA clerical error (ending July) It’s unfortunate cause for medical patients it’s leaving no choice but to grow indoors due to MRTA missing the boat to legalize on outdoor NY grow season once approved thru NY state legislator…and there’s high cost to indoor growing. Growing was legalized but not legal until regulations are set. Non cardholders will not be allowed to grow until several months after the first retail sales are made…which will be later this year. Next year everybody wins :crossed_fingers:
