If temps and humidity are in check I believe people have been plenty successful with around once per minute
@ILGM.Zoe the grower needs to move 100% of the air coming every few minutes in to get good CO2 levels. For example, I have 240cfm incoming air via a duct fan and 300cfm out with a 6" exhaust fan. I also have had no problems with mildew or rot.
Suggested is min of once every 3 minutes exchange rate slower or faster is about controlling temps and RH but the 3 minute rule is proven to keep decent co2 rich air
