Please if anyone can tell me , When lights is switched off do I have to still keep , air fun on at night time ?

Air flow may need to be maintained at night to keep humidity under control, you don’t want humid spots building up that might contribute to a mold problem.
If you mean air in a reservoir for hydro, then that air needs to be running 100% of the time.
