After looking at all the great bud's I need more practice. For my first grow indoors I think these girl's are nice

The best way to know when to harvest is to check the trichomes with a jewelers loupe or magnifier of some sort. Good luck with your next grow! If you have questions don’t hesitate to ask around. Everyone on here is great and someone will get you the answers you’re looking for

100% correct @MattyBear. Next grow @Rdg1951 - definitely wait a while longer. Looks like you harvested around week 4 or 5. You’re buds will be 3x if not 4x larger. So will your smile! Lol😂

Awesome job! Keep asking questions and learning. :+1::beer::smiley:

They look nice but I think you took them before they filled out all the way you still have lots of white pistols
But you did something right they look nice even if taken early @Rdg1951
Best way to determine if they are ready IMO is by watching tricombes you want them to be all cloudy(milky) at the earliest when you harvest
But congratulations on your first grow and harvest @Rdg1951

How’s things other wise @Rdg1951 all good I hope
Are you starting another grow yet ?

I have some WW seeds germanating now. Since I only have one place to hang
and grow. I have to wait until theses are dry to start my next grow. How
long do you think I have to keep them hanging before putting in jars.

@rdg1951 Drying and Curing your yield properly

Min of a week but more than likely a couple weeks let stems dry out when they snap not bend your dry enough for the jars have a fan running to keep air moving in tent low and not directly on them also leave them in the dark
I’ll Zip my tent closed and leave exhaust fan running to keep air moving slowly across buds
Nice link @MysterA

Thanks I believe I did read that in my grow Bible. That should be just
about the time I’ll have the WW seeds ready to go in. Thanks bud.

Patience is key in growing and harvesting amazing cannabis. You would have a much better harvest if you had waited for the plant to fully mature.

But like everyone said, it’s all about learning, so don’t beat yourself up over it! Just remember this lesson for the next grow.

Too late I had a good talking to myself and then beat myself up. From now
on I’m not going to listen to my so called expert friends that know all
about growing. Lol. Oh well I have moved on and starting my next grow.
Thanks to everyone for the advice. “Chromie”

Welcome to our forum.

Glad to see you easy going. FFR: Never listen to friends advice, unless you have proof (1st hand knowledge) they are a grower who knows.

Lesson learned. Here is what we see. White pistils.

Lesson: As long as you have new white pistils forming, and representing new bud growth; The plant is not near ready to a harvest.

Yes that’s what everyone is saying. I’m preparing for my next grow but
having trouble with germanating my WW seeds. Had two that came up and died
on me but I will have to be more careful. The weather swinging back and
forth is keeping me busy adjusting my grow area. I’ll get it straightened
out and have a good grow next time. Bob
