Unfortunately ,with yesterday’s extreme heat , stupid me , forgot to close the roof,on greenhouse, and a couple of my little girls got a little burnt, temps back up to 110°f again today, and roof closed already,its (9.45 am) and already 92°f

I hear you with the heat here at the moment @coltfire. I’m lucky that I’ve got a sort of greenhouse between my house and the fence, the roof of the house hangs over enough that it gets light (both filtered and full and shade) depending on the time of day and there is a cool breeze that blows down there as well. So on the hot days we have been having thats where the babies go. been thinking about a greenhouse down the back myself as well.

They keep prying eyes out and if made like mine where the roof opens , on the not so hot days they get full sun. @deb1
