I know that we shipped as many orders as possible but those were shipped before July 15th. We had expected to receive more stock by the 15th however, due to a delay the ship date for all orders has been pushed back to August 1st. I’m very sorry about this.

Good for you! Was yours the wifi version? I just checked the AC website-the status of the wifi controller changed from “Due back in stock by Aug. 1” (or something similar) to “No ETA available”.
I ordered 2 of the wifi versions June 1 and both are expected tomorrow per UPS. Fingers crossed!
Again, good for you! I may have missed the cut for this shipment, I was a couple of weeks later than you ordering. I guess I’ll eventually get it, but I needed it yesterday!

They could cut way down on their delivery time if they’d ditch UPS!
Know why UPS colors are brown and gold?
Because most coffins are brown and gold and UPS is where deliveries go to die!
That being said - my driver is a cool dude, but he can’t deliver what’s on a slow boat from California for a solid week!
I can drive from Virginia to LA and back in a week by myself!
I’ll be ordering my AC stuff from Amazon whenever possible.
They may be destroying the fabric of society but they know how to deliver an order!

I just did a customer service chat with AC, mine is due to ship today. He said they had 700+ pending orders, I’m just glad it’ll be on the way soon. @Tylersays I’m in VA too, anything coming from the west on UPS seems like it takes too long. The one thing I’ve noticed with previous AC Infinity orders-I’ll get an email saying my item shipped, then it will be 2 days or more before UPS ever touches it. “Label created” instead of actually shipped.
My toys arrived with a free pair of scissors! However, I forgot I have 5G internet now, so I can’t use it because it requires 2.4 ghz. I need to reconfigure my network 
Never mind I figured it out! This is cool.
i was about to say, you should have both
5G broadband includes both 2.4ghz and 5ghz, but both have to be activated as a Guest wifi option.
(This is lights out so don’t freak out over the temp/humidity!)
