Okay, so to make it easier and help everyone out about when to harvest.
The pistils are a good indication, but not always a tell. They can stay light and only darken when curing. Your trichomes (crystals) are what you need to look at. So, with the naked eye what may look milky, in fact is not. Go on Amazon. Spend 12$ and get a jewelers loupe with a 30× and 60× zoom. And a light. Look at the trichomes. Of they are clear they aren’t ready. If they’re milky white they are done and a sativa like high. If you wait till amber they’re an indica type high. So half and half is your hybrid type.
hey can you tell me if it time to harvest lol
Ask a magic 8 ball. I hear they can tell you.
actually i am going to post a pic of my plant from 10 to 15 feet away and ask if it ready to harvest lmao
omg this is so wrong on so many levels!
@Deal should all the pics of plants 10 ft away be sent to you now? i would have done that last year
It makes a big difference what you are looking at. 5 days before harvest
19 days before chop - I like trichome pictures
close up of same area
Those are still pretty clear. I’d leave them longer myself.
yeah - 19 days before are too early but 5 days before harvest plus the week dry time puts them exactly where I want them
The pictures are saying you should be looking at the calyx and not sugar leaves.
I thinks she’s a little past due actually. Lol.
Wtf is that lol this thread got trolled sorry @Shaggy lol I did notice a crapload of new threads asking about harvest time tho was crazy lol
Thats why I made it. And I’m tired of people saying watch your pistils to people that don’t know much. It can work looking at them. But I had a plant my first grow that the pistols stayed light the whole grow. But when I cured they darkened. And it’s a simple 12$ solution and worth it. Lol.
Definitely lol. The pistils aren’t enough to determine. Have to check those trichomes!
Jewelers loupe, enough said! Lol.
Yep! % lol
Lol that is a cicada close to finishing its shed
