A concern I have is the temperature of my water in my hydroponics system

A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks

A concern I have is the temperature of my water in my hydroponics system. It is currently holding at around 81 F…thinking I need to cool it down. Do you recommend a water chiller and, if so, a particular brand? My hydroponics system holds two gallons of water. Thank you! Bridgett

You could add frozen water bottles to help cool the rez.
But if you want to spend the cash a chiller can help a lot.
68-70 is good for rez. Temps anything over 72 and the waters ability to hold oxygen falls dramatically

Ok first 2 gal of water in your bucket isn’t very much I got 4 plants in a rdwc systems 20 gal water and the are drinking 1.5 gal each per day and today is end of week 5 bloom so you need bigger buckets and that will help with temps and make it easier to bring up ph if need to by just adding water
