A beginners guide from germinating to harvest to help answer most questions that most beginners have trouble with in getting started

That’s cool. Then she’ll already be set up for you to teach her!

I’m so glad you were just letting off steam! It would have been sad for me if you had actually followed through with your fit.

So are you rigging some kind of siphoning system for your trip?

@FloridaSon yeah pretty much like a Air Injection technology deal . I’ll transplant them again tonight into the they final pot , give them time to recover and make my transitional switch from veg to flower and start the scrog and main line . But I get to see the root system development kind of after using the Azos & Mykos , which I like to see anyways , but yeah just a rant , not going to forfeit on my grow , and I’m hoping this thread is helping some , I’m not sure if enough creditable information has been discussed , but mainly the basics from getting started and what to put in a soil grow I think I covered .

Did my final transplant and installed the scrog screen , so I’ll give her a week maybe to regroup and than off to bloom she goes .

Thanks for your advise, I did the cup with bottle water until they sank and placed them in the soaked paper towel on plate and only two of popped out. Also kept them in a dark place. I’ll leave them there longer see what happens.

Did you happen to get any pictures of the root system? I’m curious about your new additives for my next season. A 30’sq. canopy will require a hell of a root structure.

If you’re concerned about not having enough in depth info here for beginners then maybe you should have more problems and rants! Lol

Your fit above will be helpful to them just for the simple fact that they will see that even a person that has numerous successful grows can get to the point of wanting to give up sometimes.

@FloridaSon I didn’t get a photo cause it was a task transplanting them this time , but when I tell you it was crazy how massive of a root structure these plants developed in what 3 short weeks , look I always put Clayton pellets at the very Bottom of my pots before I add the soil , and when I flipped the bucket to get the plant out , when the plant came out completely , I could not see any Clayton pellets , they were covered in a bright white roots , it was so compressed that maybe a couple pellets fell out but not many cause of being tangled in the root ball . They already recovered and showing signs that they are about to explode in crazy growth . This grow is be the most challenging ever my friend , cause I have only 24 inches between the plants and the scrog and the lights , maybe another 3 inches if I remove the ratchet ropes and just hang the lights from they slip hooks , but I don’t think I’ll be vegging no more than a week , by next Friday I’ll have to switch to bloom are risk topping this plant several times over as it grow thru the scrog . Now I’ll promise to show you a finish photo of the root system once it finish , but I assure you this I will not grow ever without Azos & Mykos in my soil ever again .

As of tonight when the lights came on , they seem to already recover from they last transplant , and let me tell you the root structure was straight bananas , the Clayton pellets was completely almost covered white healthy white roots , that most of the pellets didn’t even fall out , but scrog set , last transplant , Ph 6.0 and Ppm was 0740 so hope I can keep them trained from here on out .

I plan on giving them 3-5 more days to in veg and by next feeding add the first level of bloom nutrients and make the switch to try and control the stretching .

Can you guys see my handicap plant with one top now after one side split , I thought I saved it with the honey but I did not tape it and I have to just make a decision to cut it off to save the other side , but she is still putting on foliage . They drinking water at they own rate which is very cool do to them wicking they own water from the reservoir . Tomorrow after work I’ll check the root system for @FloridaSon and hope to get a photo for him to see how effective the Azos & Mykos is developing the root structure . Doing that observation , I’ll check my ranges on PH & PPM and give them a full nutrient drink per gallon with the first start of bloom nutrients added and a shot of Open Seseme to get them started in pre-flower . I’m lowering my light to maybe 10-14 inches and bump up the intensity on the flower switch cause the veg switch is at full power right now , so today made week four in veg , Ph is at 6.0 and PPM is 0780 watering a full gallon to a 3 gallon pot size , but I hope this thread is answering many beginners repeated questions , and it’s recommended to most newbies to follow so they can dial in a grow from seed to harvest . By the way this is my second scrog attempt and first time installing the scrog this early , normally I’ll veg for about 8-10 weeks , do some pruning to the plant to transfer my new growth up top and bush it out more , than veg another 2-4 weeks than LST train it and than put the scrog over the plant , well that’s how I managed it my very first attempt and it worked well for me that way . But this grow I’ve added a few more additives that should give great benefits in the end results , but @Brian091180 say Mammoth P has amazing results , and from his bud porn I must say it really does seems to create great resin production , super crystally and frosty , I can only imagine the smell from the photos , but they look like that high premium unleaded gasoline , and if so the high has to be on a scale 1-10 at least a 3 or 4 . Now this grow I’m using Advance Base nutrients Connisuer A & B grow , with Mammoth Piss , Terpinator and Humboltz Secret Golden Tree , so hopefully this can help many getting started and answer many repeated questions .

@yoshi awesome thread. Girls look great.

Love all the info master yoshi

Yoshi I luv mykos, but what’s Azos ?

@Paranorman it’s another microbial soil additive to help build your root structure , it has other beneficial aspects that goes in sequence with Mykos to give your plant roots more absorption , but look up www.xtremegardening.com and read up on the three additives for your roots , but Azos and Mykos is a powder base and the other one you brew into a tea , which I did not get cause I thought you needed a brewer to used it , but that link explains the benefits of using them both together and all three . @Brian091180 I’m far from a master my friend , your bud porn is almost picture perfect compared to a few of my grows , and you got the fox farm nutrients dial in like a mad scientist , and I still have yet to get it figured out , I result to advance which does all the adjustment work for the grower cause of the chelation technology of perfect ph , so you more a master grower than I am , I just have more time in growing than you , but the color , and quality you producing is awesome bud .

@tee3737 I have not watered since I transplanted about 3-4 days ago which is awesome , but I have been misting the stomata under the leaves and misting them daily , tonight they just starting to grow into the scrog , pulled the first top sideways , but they have drinker some water , so I plan on topping off with some nutrients here in the next few days , but also I do have quite a bit of coco in my mix of Fox Farm potting soil , Fox Farm Ocean Forest , Happy Frog , 50% perlite mix with a 1/4 cup of crush dolomite lime mixed throughout the soil with Azos & Mykos microbial root enhancer also and I still think they building they root system . When I did my final transplant the Clayton pellets was already getting wrapped with big strong white shiny roots just after a short week from the first transplant from the 1 gallon to the 3 gallon , but it’s about to get very interesting by the end of this week I’m sure once they start growing more rapidly . Last nutrient feed get was a full strength in one gallon with Connisuer A & B grow according to advance chart which was 4ml , voodoo juice and B-52 at 2 ml , Xtra Cal- Mag 1 ml , .5 ml of Mammoth Piss , .5 ml of Humbolt Secrets Golden Tree , and 1 ml of Terpinator , Ph was 6.0 and PPM was 0780 . Now next feeding I’ll be adding Bloom to start the transition from veg into pre-flower and a small scoop of Open Seaseme and switch timer to 14/10 for 3 days and than 12/12 to start the flowering , than I might just run Fox Farm powder nutrients as a stand along throughout flower with the Mammoth piss and Terpinator with maybe 1 ml of bloom and either skin milk or coconut water hydrated .

How do you like the Advance Connisuer A&B line. I’ve been using the Sensi A&B grow & Bloom from Advance. Really like it for ease of use once you get the strength of it down. I find I really only need 1/3 of recommend dosage to get to the ppm’s I’m looking for. :cactus:
