9 weeks in, neeed advice

So I have two plants, the second a week older. With auto flower I am still 18/6 on light. Does it look like getting near flower state? Should I be pruning more? What about the smaller second one? Thoughts?

I don’t see nothing , and just a little new growth . But I’m new at this what do I know

When should I stop the nitrogen. When they start to look like the pic u posted or before?
