When will they be ready and do I flush them

3 or 4 weeks.
Flushing is a personal preferance. Flush half of them and don’t flush the other half. See if you can tell a difference. Then make up you mind from there. Personally i just stop feeding nutes last week or so of grow and feed just water. Have even stopped phing that because i don’t care if they cannibalize the leaves. They are getting cut anyway.
