So your question is why is your plant short? Topping it & training it will keep your plants short until the flowering stretch. Do you have a pic?

So you tell me if I veg for 60 more days it will not get taller.
As was mentioned on another post give her a chance to recover from all that topping lst and super cropping
She looks stressed out
I would give her a break
She will easily triple that size once you flip her into flower if you let her
