Welcome to the community I like the way you think big. Getting a space that size ready for a grow it’s going to run into a lot of money. Good luck I wish I could help you with advice but Way Out of My League.

Thats the plan. Guess i should edit the post a little. Im mainly wondering about room setup and drainage things like that

Start buying QB boards and drivers! Pipe in some sprinklers and set up some tunes!
I’d wait on lights, since the tech seems to be constantly changing.

Are you planning to devote the ENTIRE space to the grow? Do you want storage, lab, mechanical, etc etc… How much ACTUAL grow room do you want/need. Do you want separate veg and flower areas? A mother’s area? Etc etc…
