Well, good grower friends im having so much fun experimenting with growing!!! Today i made my 1st attempt playing with mycelium. Geese do i get soooo nervous doing new things 
but ive set my expectations very low & told myself if all else fails, try, try, again 
i set up the still box, rubbed down everything with rubbing alcohol. Inoculated 4 of my homemade
petri dishes using 3 methods. 1= syringe drops 2= cotton swab (not sure how sterilized) 3= a pimple loop (lmao )
Re taped the 4 dishes & set on top of my cupboard. Now we wait

Please if anyone sees im doing something wrong or can improve these diy techniques please please feel free to jump right in & give advice or pictures or anything ya think helps… im a very open, learning, accepting person.

Oh quick revise =/=/=/ i added weather seal rubber foam along the lid to the still tub & holes on the side.
covered with sporetape or polycotton stuff. Read putting hands in & out displaces air & needs a release…

@Newt am i remembering correctly???, do you make your own vape carts?? If so, in your opinion whats the best refillable carts to buy ( at a reasonable price ) i used a recipe from online, 20ml VG ,20ml PG, & 5 grams of kief. Does this sound about right? Put that in the levo 2 for 2 hours. … thank you for your time & sorry if im remembering the wrong grow buddy

I have made carts, yeah. I use a gram of QWET and a few mL of diluent. Some liquid terps help the flavor but they’re not critical.
I don’t use any PG or VG. bad for lungs and makes carts leak

so you just use the stcky stuff & dilute, whats the dilute?

@AfgVet im not sure if im understanding this for carts. Decarbing in jars… i decarbed the flower before making the feco. So doesnt this mean its already decarbed? Lol sorry my brains on slow tonight

So if ya use 1 gram of feco to 2 grams of liquidizer. It only makes 3 carts. ?

I use Farm to Vape stuff (Google it), and make mine from evaporated QWET concentrate.

You have to decarb the oil not the flower.
No way I’d put anything in my vape oil beside the resin of the plant. Edibles are one thing but not if I’m sucking it into my lungs. But that’s me.
