I have some plants growing in containers. I can move them indoors under a 240W quantum board (the plants are seedling and will fit easily, directly under the lamp) or they can stay outdoors. Am I correct in thinking that even a cloudy day is brighter than the quantum board? I know the light spectrum is better outdoors compared to even the most expensive artificial grow lamps. What are you guy’s opinions on this subject?
