Is your area really dry? If so… this can help… but only if you have a bigger version to accommodate growth. I would just take it off, and let the seedling harden in the environment you are able to provide. Let it get to know where it will be living. It should be fine.
If you want to keep it on & raise humidity, just spray the inside of the bottle with water.

It is a window plant in my window water wise it stays wet with very little water leafs are wet right now

Then what? They usually stretch terribly.

I hope your plan is to put it outside… marijuana is not a window plant and won’t grow well at all in that environment.

I plan on a window grow they are old windows with no uv protection I thought the bottle would help from stretching to get it to the stronger stage

Not sure how to I was keeping track of it in another post I made a out the seedling shedding the shell
Looks like you need better soil. All those wood chips are not good for pot plants

When you move to a bigger pot, I would be generous with adding perlite. It looks like a very dense/woody soil. Growth may be stunted if the roots can’t travel through the medium. If staying inside, I would consider a cost effective LED grow light to be your source of light. The window will have the plant begging for more light.
