I don’t hunt turkeys . The coyotes keep the population to low . I would like to see more birds . No pheasants here anymore , some grouse but not a lot

Hahah yeah that’s here to. But me I don’t have enough in the areas I hunt. The one year I seen a good group they were all to far out. I had one Tom come close enough to maybe get a shot but it was to far to be certain and I’d hate to wound one. But I can say I’ve seen turkeys take a shot of double 00 buck and barely flinch. They are tough ass birds.
No pheasant in this area but I did go to Kansas as a teen to hunt them. They’re thick with them up there.

You should start taking out those coyotes! Try to thin them out on your property some. It’ll help with game population.

I agree on killing the yotes. They’re a nuisance here. Them and wild hogs.
I’ve always wanted to get a wild hog! We don’t have them here. I bet they’re delicious!
They have a den on posted land next to me so maybe after deer season I’ll sneak over there and try and take a few . They are getting worst . No rabbits here .lol
They’re quite a bit different then regular pork. You don’t want to eat the monster sized ones. They stink too high hell. But the mid to smaller range are great. Much leaner than regular pork. But them you shoot all you can and pick and choose what to eat. They breed like rabbits and they’re extremely destructive to farm land.
I certainly would! That’s the only to curb the coyote population. The state should be the first ones to handle stuff like that! People need those game animals to survive in some places!

Yeah there’s no season and no limit. Some places down south were paying people to kill them for a while. Now those same places are making a fortune charging people to go on guided hunts lol.
