I’m growing Purple Kush from ILGM. I germinated the seeds and planted them on 10/21/2021
I’m using General Hydroponics nutrients with CALMAG and Silica

I might have went a little overboard with this system but if it works out with two plants I’ll be able to expand without having to upgrade any components.
Here’s some of the component build list:
2 - Alpine 3100 water pumps. One for the chiller and one for the recirculation.

1 - 1 1/2 how eco plus water chiller

3 - 38 gallon totes from Home Depot

2 - Mars Hydo TS 3000

1 - Ductless Aire 36000 BTU mini split system

1 - Blue labs Monitor

1 - Blue Labs PH controller

1 - 55 gallon RO water storage tank (inside room)

1- 200 gallon water storage tank (Outside room)

1 - Hydrologic RO filter

1- Aqua Miracle pump 2550 gph

8 - 8" pawfly round air stones.

Lights on controllers will cause an issue later in flower remove all light

Pull anything that creates any light and make a box for them all to go into, that way during dark period nothing Is bothering them

Thanks for the info! I’ll make sure that is corrected before I flip to flower.

Joining to watch too. I am planning to get out of soil in the near future.

I covered my water chiller LED with a Grove Bag and some tape. I can flip it up to check my read outs, and flip it back down to obscure the light. You may come up with a more clever solution but that’s been my approach.

Day #13
I guess the root system is developing correctly(Comments please). #1 plant has one long root that is 10" from the bottom of net pot whereas #2 plant roots are shorter but have more of them. From what I can tell, the plants are happy with the nutrient levels and the rest of the environmental settings.
PPM - 830
Water Temp - 68°
PH - 5.8
RH - 47%
Room Temps - 75° during the day and dips to 70° at night

Plant #1

Plant #2

@Geaux_N_Grow if possible increase humidity to 60-65% for seedlings at those temps give or take a few.

Here’s a chart for you to follow if possible

It varies slightly between air and surface temp…I just use a 1 degree temp difference and call it a day… get a surface reader if you wanna get nerdy with it
