Get a Jeweler Loupe or a pocket microscope as these will let you see the trichomes. Both work great and. It expensive. I have both.
Plant looks good but it’s hard to tell if it’s ready or not…it’s better if taken in natural light but my guess is it still needs more time. Due to the fact the pistils are still mainly white.
