Great. I’ve got those. Awesome for clones. I just keep damp and wait. Is it the same for seeds or do I need to add something to the water for nutrition. I also have foliar spray. Never done seeds in rockwool before. Thanks for the help.

Just soak the cube and Tear a small piece off the corner place your seed in gently and cover it but make sure your cubes are soaked well no nutrients @Greenlantern

You do not need any nutrition when propagating clones or seedlings, until roots pop out of 1.5" cube Just clean water. I use well water and it does run about 200-220 ppm. Happy growing
