Is it possible to transplant from soil to hydroponic system??

yes depending on how old plant is and size I have done it with clones that were 12"-16" they get stressed at start then settle in after a week or so trick is to clean soil from roots gently wash it away some root pruning makes it easier. It can be done ph is all over for first couple of weeks
