Here’s how it looks tonight, a little over three weeks old.

They are not floppy. They are almost stiffly coiled downward. Doesn’t seem like a bug or disease thing, but maybe nutrient or environmental. I know it’s too hot, but that can’t be helped. Didn’t expect much from these first five seeds, but this one has me hooked.
